By placing an order with us, you're agreeing to the following terms. They're here to keep things fair and smooth for everyone—so thanks for reading!
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you'll get an email to say “We got it!”
Orders are processed once full payment has been received — PayPal only, please.
Shipping & Delivery
Every item is lovingly handmade and packed in zip bags, then securely wrapped up and sent off via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.
Shipping costs depend on your total order value.
Turnaround Time:
Since everything is made to order, please allow around 1–3 weeks before dispatch.
(We'll always post any delays on our homepage and social media.)
If your turnaround time has passed and you haven’t seen a dispatch email, drop us a message through the Contact page.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns
Changed your mind? No worries. Just message us via the Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags on, and in perfect condition.
You're responsible for the return until it lands back with us.
Once we’ve checked it over, we’ll process your refund (excluding shipping costs).
Heads-up: If the item shows signs of wear, we’ll send it back and no refund will be issued.
No Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
Just return the item following the steps above and place a fresh order for what you want.
Faulty Items
If something's not right, we’re on it.
Let us know within 14 days of delivery and return it within the next 14. We’ll send a replacement once we’ve received it.
